TOT ADSL now advertising 12 MB

Well we asked at the TOT Office in Chalong and they told us that earliest in 1 year they will provide 12 MB!! same 8 MB!! The only thing they were able to offer was actually 6 MB/1MB for 890 Baht but the results below are a disaster for Phuket. Not even Modem speed to Germany is available!
