Amazing speed results from Software Park Phuket to the world :-(

Hi all. Today is again a day were we were not really able to work sufficiently. CAT Internet provided for all tenants 6/2 at Software Park Phuket seemed to be not existing. Therefore we had to upload some screenshots after we waited for minutes that the speedtest would at least show a bit of life action. Unfortunately it did not.

On the phone (hotline) they tell that the technician will be informed tomorrow and that whole Phuket has problems in the Cable and it might take about 2-3 days. Wow!

Attention TOT Jet-Pack 9/1 is not working but they are selling it!

First they announce big speed for 890 THB, than they change to Annex M and you need to change your Hardware if it is not working with this standard, but than they deliver you only slower speed than before. Finally they phone you and tell you that the Jet Pack 9/1 is not working and that they are very sorry. Nobody is actually sorry that you wasted hours and money to get the new hardware, so that you can work again. If you don't buy the new hardware you are simply logged out as the Thai ADSL Line here is only working since they switched with the Annex M standard!
